How to book
In an attempt to meet the needs of our owners we offer flexible opening times ranging from morning and afternoon appointments, to evening and weekends.
We try to accommodate people’s busy lifestyles and we endeavour to arrange mutually convenient appointments for all our clients.
All appointments are on an individual, private basis. Only when an owner wishes to swim more than one of their dogs consecutively, usually for fitness/stamina, are two dogs invited onto the premises at any one time.
To arrange an appointment follow the simple steps below:
- Fully read our terms & conditions (these are included on the Vet Referral Form - downloadable below)
- Contact us to discuss your dog's requirements, and to make your initial appointment – see ‘Contact Us’ for details.
- Complete the Vet Referral Form, ensuring that you get your vet to complete and sign the relevant section, as we cannot accept your registration without it.
- Ask the vet to post or fax the completed form to us.
